Regarding COVID-19 

Safety: We will continue to package your orders in a safe manner taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our delivery our customers. Gloves will be used when packaging and handling products.

Delivery: Orders will now be delivered once a week, to keep us all safe and practice self-distancing, expect your order to take a little longer than usual. All can be tracked via the code you will receive in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We do not currently ship internationally, please sign up to our mailing list to be alerted when this changes.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout & are stated below, we use the Royal Mail postage service and you can track your order via the tracking code on your shipping confirmation email.

    UK 2nd class signed for (2-3 working days) £4.20 (COVID may affect the delivery time)

          Free UK shipping on orders over £35

    When will my order be dispatched?

    • UK orders will be dispatched within 7 working days from your order date. 


    I think my mail is lost - I haven't received my delivery yet?

     Can I return/exchange my items?
    • We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on items unless the item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing fault (see shipping and & returns for more details)

    Can I use something other than water in my spray bottle?

    • Water is recommended to stop pump becoming clogged.
    • If liquid other than water is used please clean out the block after every use with lukewarm water helping to stop the pump becoming clogged.
    • DO NOT use any chemicals within the bottle residue may remain within the bottle causing irritation or damage to you scalp, hair and or skin.
    • If the pump becomes clogged we will not be liable for a replacement.
